Practice Description: Family Ties That Bind, LLC, is a small group practice located in Pearland, Texas. We are currently seeking an on-site part-time or full-time clinician and interns to join our team. Role Description: This is a part-time or full-time on-site contract position for a Licensed Mental Health, Licensed Social Worker, Counselor located in Pearland, TX. Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria as a licensed associate in the state of Texas or hold fully licensed credentials. We are also seeking interns who are working towards fulfilling their clinical hours under supervision. As a Licensed Clinician at Family Ties That Bind, LLC, your responsibilities will include providing therapy sessions, conducting assessments, and creating individualized treatment plans. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and providing referrals when necessary. You will work collaboratively with another mental health professional to ensure delivery of quality care for clients. Compensation for this position is provided on a fee-for-work basis and is disbursed monthly or bi-weekly. Join us in our commitment to providing exceptional mental health services to our community.
Qualifications: ·
- A master's degree in counseling, or a related field, with a valid and active license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a private practice, behavioral health agency, or hospital setting.
- Experience providing counseling services to adults, children, families, and couples experiencing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, etc.
- Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation and records.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to be flexible, learn, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Contract In person (On-site) and Telehealth/virtual. Part-time or Full-Time
Compensation: Salary Range: Fully Licensed Clinician: $35.00-$45.00 Hourly Interns/Associates: $20.00-$25.00 Hourly
