I’m passionate and committed to helping build healthier and stronger families. I have been a therapist for 20 plus years, I’ve worked in community mental health, schools, & private practice. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their targeted goals.
